Rain not raining any more.

For the last week I have been struggling with poor download speeds and the technicians that call are not technically s****ed to help me. I explain to them that it's a cell tower issue or Wan as my wifi is running fine. The upload is 6mbps but down load is 0.5mbps...which is relative terms is useless.

I have two rain Sims in two different areas in town... And both are slow at the moment. Clearly a Rain issue.
