Rain network in soweto

Hi

Iv been using Rain network and honestly it is an unpleasant experience if you live in soweto.

The network is practically unusable yet when you go to places like Sandton and so forth the network is super fast.

I contacted them via their website and their operators are always willing to help. Yet no changes will be made the network is horrible and unusable.

When queries are sent through about this problem I will get no feedback letting me know on the progress on how this problem is being solved, leading me to think that nothing is being done.

And to show that they are purposefully capping us, 6 of the people I know including myself all say that the first 7 days using rain is amazing after that you will have a horrible experience.

If you live in soweto currently do yourself a favour dont buy rain just as yet you will get no definitive help, and the network is no good.

And the sad part about it is I told those people to join rain because it's in expensive and seemed like a good network at the time.
