Rain Network

If I could leave zero stars I would, so I've had network problems with them since activation of the sim card(1/09/19), I made a query (4/09/19) spent close to an hour speaking to a lady who said technician's would be on it and still to this day after I sent them a email (16/09/19). Nothing has still been done and the problem is on their side not mine but I'm still expected to pay for their services at the end of the month even though they will not sort out my issue. Rain is the worsed network provider in South Africa
