Rain ke masipa

I ordered and received a Rain Sim card through Takealot.com.On Thursday 23rd July 2020 Iwent on to their website, created an account, selected a package as requested by the website. Chose & paid for a 24/7 unlimited package for R479. 00. The site then moved to next stage were I would Rica my card. My Rica documents were not already on my device. I logged out to download my Rica documents. When I was ready to upload my documents the Rica link was no longer available. This continued until Friday 24th. I logged a call with their online call center & got an automated reply with a reference number. I was promised that my case will be dealt with within 24-48 hrs. Today as I write this review it's Monday 27 July 2020 my case has not been resolved & no one called me. This is poor customer service from Rain. It's the first time I seen a network that let's you buy their airtime before Sim activation & Rica.
