Rain ISP - don't go near them

Rain has some very nice consultants. They don't however seem to be able to solve problems - in my case three hours and about 4 emails were absolutely fruitless. Not only had Rain failed to provide the internet service they promised, but they just kept failing to resolve the problem (related to billing). I will never consider using them again.
