RAIN IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER AND HAVE ********* LAWS

i canceld my month to month contract in november 2022 but it wasnt due to usage of the router by someone else. i begged and pleaded since then until now in february 2023. they keep on taking my money even though i sent over 50 emails and multiple phone calls but i wasnt given any feedback until today. where my account was canceld even though there was usage contredicting there entire reason for deducting money beforehand. the agent admitted there was a late cancelation is december and should be held responsible. no one gave me feedback for 3 months. just automated emails. no call no email from a real person. no assitance. the only person who assited me was zanele and vuyani. they provided me with great service and even though its still ********* to debit money after i canceld,i apprciate there assitance,they are the expection to the horrible assitance i got from rain. refused an refund. its ********* and against the law. please assist. my father is ill. i need that money to help him with bills as he is unemployed
