Rain is the biggest ********

I was sold this product after the sales agent advised that there is coverage with the adress I provided,only to not have coverage. When I contacted customer care, I was informed that the sales agents will just about say anything to get the sale even if there is no coverage.This was in September,and I cancelled right away. I am still waiting for my refund and to top it all off.....I was debited today!!!! Absolutely pathetic, bunch of *****'s.
