Rain is mis leading people

Dear South African PLEASE never buy rain Sim, online or via telephone, i was under the impression that rain is a month to month service, which every month we have to buy a new Sim card but that's not the case I bought a Sim online and put in my bank information to pay for the month subscription but then rain debits my account without my knowledge and without notification that they will be debating my account. When I asked that it be canceled as I'm not going to pay for something that I've been mis lead to buy they told me I still owe them money even though ive paid in advance. I see now they still debited my account again and I'm still waiting for a call from the supervisor Sifiso Sibya to call me back with answers and no response. So please guys their network is not even great to have so much problems.
