Rain is Hoax!!!

Bad service, my Sim have been on "emergency calls only" since 20 Dec 2019 and 5 days later still no service. First I had to hold for more than 20 minutes to get through to an agent then told the tower in the area is down. The other agent tried to reset the APN but still no service and they conformed the area I'm at has the coverage. The worst is that I can only get feedback on the 27th of Dec coz they are closing. This Rain internet hoax!!! And the agents seems not to be specialists in what they are doing.
