Rain is a ****

I bought 5g device in May from rain and within seven days I requested for cancelation which they did not do it,in july called them requesting for downgrade to 4g they said I have to pay the outstanding amount on my 5g then they will automatically cancel it and that's when I can apply for 4g,I did pay the outstanding amount,n the R250 4g was delivered, then august they said I have to pay R550 and I did so,,in September again they said I have to pay R750,that is when I called them to ask what happened because I canceled 5g,but I did not get what I wanted and I did not pay,,few days after that they canceled the 4g ,then on Saturday they took money twice in my acc as purchases,and today they took another amount again which makes it more than R1200 including the Saturday purchases
