Rain internet provider

We have been without Rain Internet (wifi) for the last 2 weeks. Most of our village (Bathurst ) relies on Rain. No matter how many times we phone support. ***). the answer is always "we do not know when connectivity will resume. Yet we pay a monthly fee that will increase this month. Should we abandon a sinking ship? My business needs WiFi for card transactions and we are losing money!!!!
