Rain customer service worst

The after sales customer experience is horrible. Lost a si card, getting a replacement is a mission. I have called in, used their online chat and previously sent even an email. still no sim card. worse when i follow up, all their consultants claim to not see ant request for a replacement sim. This is now a week later, still no order, no feedback and no sim card.
