Rain cannot provide access to internet like they say they do

It's been 2 days since I haven't had access to internet. Call Center hangs up or tell me there's nothing they can do to help. My paymentsare upto date and there is no reason for the frustration they are making me go through. Do not take up Rain package, they are battling with providing what they say they can. We are paying for nothing. Leave Rain as quicklyas you can. Theo serviceis just as cheap.
