Rain came to my aid

I recently wrote a very negative review of my experience with Rain. I managed to get hold of one of the executives and stress my frustration with him. That evening he promised that he will look into this and fix the problem. The next morning I got an email and the issue was resolved.

I need to say, I was relieved and still is really pleased.
