RAIN: atrocious client service supoport

Absolutely atrocious client service: seems impossible to reach anybody to deal with a simple issue to replace a broken SIM. 8 online requests, 2 emails and 2 failed attempts on the call centre line advertised over several days have failed to reach anybody at all. As I write I have been holding for 15 minutes on the call centre number with no response. I would be very wary to consider this service provider
