SO ****ed at rains service. what tops it off is you log a service ticket and they reply with "problem solved" and yet the issue persists. then they don't have the nerve to contact you and sort it out, coz we cant contact them cause they removed their number. I sent them a video of their **** service and still yet to contact me. but they are quick to reply when they want to sign you up
