Rain!!

This is second time this week that i dont have connection on my rain Wifi. 11 o clock hits and i cant work cause i have no connection? Why? Yesterday i sent an email to query i only then had connection at around 3 o clock in the afternoon. Look at the down time? I am not happy at all!!!!
