RAIN 5G POOR SERVICE

Worse service ever. I asked them to cancel my contract with them, Rain agreed and said they'll contact me to pick up the router. I'm still waiting yet they ARE STILL TAKING THEIR MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. Calling them only leaves you on the holding queue with the phone never getting answered !
