Rain 5G no internet connection

My 5G internet is disconnected since 18h30 07/03/2022 and it shows its connected to the towers ...but the rain customer service dont even call you ...all they say via email is there is problems at the towers ....but i mean i am surrounded by towers and not all can fail at once now ....rain no way ....i will not recommend you to anyone ..
