Rain

Have an outdoor router, power adapter was damaged, was promised they wr gonna replace it within 48 hours but still waiting. Tried calling support but no answer. Eventually they answered after 6 attempts wanted to speak to the manager unfortunately out of the office. Rain is quick on sales, but after service they are extremely poor. If it allowed I would give it 0 star rating
