Rain

I have purchased a second router from rain, it was delivered today and since it was delivered around 11:00 noon I haven't been able to use it properly. I struggled to even connect my cell phone on it, my TV hasn't been connected. I tried calling them on several occasions today with no avail. I was on hold until my airtime depleted. I need their assistance immediately because I cannot browse and cellphone data is expensive I cannot buy data after purchasing the router. I even sent an email to them requesting an emergency phone call but nothing. I'm so hurt, please help!
