Poor service - No response on email requests

No connectivity for 2 days. Poor service. Send numerous mails requesting assistance as we have no connectivity the past two days. No luck, nobody is coming back to us. Don't you understand that we are working from home and your poor service is now placing my job at risk because I can't work.
