Poor Service from Rain

Customer service provided by Rain 8s really unsatisfactory. Was roll I have coverage only to find that m outside coverage area it's day 4 with limited network. Year m so furious and fed up as I work from home full time and have kids who watch cartoons. I would appreciate some assistance please
