Poor service

Damn lucky to even get the one star rating because I cannot rate you any less. I've signed up mid last month and canceled due to incompetence and lack of communication. It's Has been absolutely poor service from day one. Speaking of which, I am still waiting for my refund. It's been almost 14 working days and no communication as usual. Probably don't have reception because they are so useless.
