Poor RAIN services

I ordered a SIM card from RAIN on the 28 October 2019 and I still have not received the SIM on the 12 November. I am sending emails and calling almost every second day and nothing is happening. This is pathetic as I am paying for a service I am not even using. Almost half of the month now, but I can guarantee you the bill will come on time.
