Payment problems

Rain did not cut off my internet after my first non payment, and now wants me to pay the amount due.

They always cut off my internet when I did not get to pay it, or in my case, couldn't always pay on time, and now its been active still, and I do not have the funds to pay it.

I want this fixed asap, its unacceptable, as I did not get any notification that the internet would still be running and active, even without payment.
