Pathetic Service

Never have i seen such pathetic customer service in my lifetime!!! so i contacted Rain this being the 3rd time to tell them that my card has been ****** and i need to order a replacement card, only to my horror to see on my account dashboard that my card payment as increased due to the card been in use as per the rain agent! now you can imagine my horror... then to make matters worse the agent says to me that i am liable for the charges because the replacement card hasn't been order yet! and to top it all of the agent says: Maxine Lauren De Kock -the person wont be able to use it once the order has been approved that is by tomorrow the order will be approved and delivery will be arranged. So as of tomorrow the sim card will not be able to be used My resapone: so from now to tomorrow i must continue to incur charges yet i have stated to u the card is ******? and this was the response i got from Maxine Lauren De Kock - I have done my part by ordering the replacement sim card for you and advised accordingly. I cannot go and just cancel or block the sim card from my side. I am not authorized to do so. Please allow 24 hours for the approval of the replacement sim. me: the approval of replacement is not the problem however me being charged for it after notifying your'll on various occasions is Maxine Lauren De Kock - I understand that the incurring charges is what's bothering you here. But there is nothing we can do stop the charges while we wait for a replacement sim card Me - i understand that you are doing your job to order the card. However me paying for something i'm not using is not legally right or fair. So u telling me as a company you have no preventative measures in place?

so the conversation continued and i got now joy from it, i'm now left with a bill (which i did not create), no sim or internet service and no joy needless to say resolution form them to getting this mess sorted...

best bet all is to stay clear unless your willing or ready to deal with issues such as these...
