Pathetic Rain services

Hi guys. Rain is billing for services without us using it. They state month to month but they still billing. How many other people are they robbing like this? This is rediculous and they services are pathetic. When will someone do something about this? Kindly contact me I will provide proof of this. The lady I spoke to from customer service was also very rude and abrupt. The network sucks as well. Most days it did not work so I switched to another provider. So why are they still billing for something I'm not using when it clearly states month to month?
