Pathetic Internet service from a data only service provider

Most pathetic customer service and internet service...***** promising g****s and giving raisins instead. Customer service is practically none existent...app**** for uncapped 24/7 with 10 mbps speeds and got broken connectivity with 0.03 mbps speeds. I am approximately 500 meters from signal tower but still get pathetic service. Who can I turn to ,to get this issue resolved since their customer service is non existent.
