Not user friendly

I have been trying for the last 6bweeks to activate my rain sim card, till now I have eventually just given up!

I have recently moved and do not have any accounts/statements in my new address. My sim activation was rejected because of rica. I contacted rain support asking should I not have an account or statement can I get an affidavit from police station, the advisor just kept on sending me the same email about requirements.

I have given up on trying to activate my sim.
