Not paying clients back

Good day,

I am struggling to get my cash back from Rain an internet provider. They have a product called 5g and if you return the product in the same month you get your cash back. It’s been 2 months now and no payment received. Took product out on the 4th December 2019 and returned it on the 14th December 2019

Please assist
