Network not connecting

I haven't had network for the past 2 weeks and everytime when I call rain wifi call centre, I'm told that their towers are down they are fixing it. When I ask when will it be up and running none of the consultants can give me an answer to that and yet month end they will be deducting their money of which I didn't use their wifi this month I'm fed up with rain I'm considering cancelling the whole ****ty network because wow I can't deal with this. I can't even attend my classes because of them like this is not on and not fair on me.
