I am a reliable client of rain data. Since the past few weeks i have been struggling with their data. I sent emails no one responded. When they call me, when i I answer the call, no one on the other end. I called them last night i was told to face my phone to Kruis Street where the tower is. Just imagine. Instead doing my own things i have to face the phone to a certain direction while i am in the house. What if i am lying on my bed. This is utter *******. I called them today but still no solution. If their tower is having a problem, its none of my business. I pay them to render my service not to solve their issues. Kindly tell them that they must not expect a dime from my account because they will never even say for the past two weeks i have been struggling with their data , they will decrease my debit, never. And i did contract this data to play spotify, WhatsApp, tiktok or look for friendship on social sites. I know why i took that contract
