Horrible lying *******

Rain is still uninterested and no one has even given me a curteousy call to appologise for the blatant lies their ill trained agent gave me.I was without wifi for 8 months and was billed.How unprofessional this company and even a team leader who promised to investigate my complaint is.No call.No service!!!No appology!!!!Just no remo**** at all!!!
