Don't get Rain 5g, cut off at 6pm

I have 5g standard that is switched off every day between 6-11. Constant connection issues Bad, or rather worst customer service, they don't even call and check up, they just send an email stating it has been resolved. When they do respond, they make it sound asif its a user issue. Please don't get rain. I have it for 12 DAYS!!! AND already I'm complaining daily
