Disgusting service

We have had rain now for 3 weeks. 1st 2 weekends. No internet. Since then we've been off virtually every day for half the day or longer. Phoning them is a joke. No one ever phones you back. Their service is beyond pathetic. They are very quick to sell you their product. If this carries on we going to cancel
