Disgusted with the pathetic service from rain

Rain ****** me ,they took my money for 10sim cards .They refuse to help me with Rica although i provided 2 different sets of documents for Rica which is valid because they are bank statements.Their Rica department dont have phones,the call center logged 9 cases ,saying i will be contacted,nobody actually calls u .They promised to force activate the cards and now its day 3 my cards are not Rica.I have to now cancel my order because my money is not important.Neither am I
