Disgusted by Rain

I'm disgusted by Rain. I paid for my month yesterday and since then have been trying to Rica my sim. The proof of life on their app keeps saying I am not a robot but then senda me back to do it all over again. Im disgusted that they've taken my money but I can't get help to get through this section which is clearly a fault on their side looking at all the complaints on the internet. It's not a new fault either
