Disappointment to the next level

Rain is the worst, how is it so easy to debit my money but so difficult to give me my sim card.

I have been waiting for a week spoke to 2 consultants and requested a call back more than 3 times.

I think its best I deactivate my account if this is how you treat customers.

How difficult is it to give a customer thier activation email so they can use the service?
