Day light obery

To my understanding Rain internet service provider, they provide data on a month to month basis, no contact and that means you pay for the service you use, if you don't pay they automatically deactivate the SIM, Until you make payment.

I was amazed when logged on my account to discover that they say I owe the R958 whereas my sim was deactivated for two months due to non payment and that means I didn't use their data.

I would like to warn Other users of to be careful with rain and what I am experiencing with rain currently, I have requested them to show me how I used their data whereas they deactivated my sim after they were unable to debit. They failed to provide the proof that indicates usage.
