Can do without rain

Good afternoon.

I have been with rain since September 2020 and have battled with them countless times especially with no internet signal. Now we moving to an area with fibre and I cancelled the rain internet. Now rain is saying payment is due for January but we paid January. Now they saying that an invoice was not paid and we owe them yet we never received an invoice or communication. Now rain is making us pay for something that is not our problem. Rain is seriously useless. You will do better without their services. I do not recommend them as this is my second complaint about their service.
