Billing 5 G for 4 G services

This is my Reference No. ***...I am Rain 5G home basic plan customer, and due to THEIR inefficiency, they switched me to 4G network part of Jan and this Feb, saying that the 5G tower is offline, BUT they INSIST that they will beill me as a 5G user. Why should I pay for 5G services I am getting a 4G service? Its like payimg for SUV and being delivered a Bicycle.

This is unfair...I should be BILLED for 4G.
