Big ****!

Rain is a ****! My order arrived 2 weeks late after paying R405 no one bothered to call and explain why it was late customer service agents were rude! Worse part the 4G service does not work at all and now they sent me a bill of R779! I called yesterday to cancel and I was told I will be charged for this month and I asked why as the sim card never worked and was promised an immediate cancellation. I am so upset ******* company and service stay far from them to avoid headache...
