Bad service from Rain

I ordered a Rain sim card on the 23rd of January and received an email saying they will deliver it within 3 to 5 days. After countless calls and chats with them enquiring about the sim and receiving different excuses ranging from them saying I canceled the order to saying I didn't complete the order they finally delivered it yesterday. After all that trouble the sim card is not activated so I have to wait again until they activate it
