Bad service delivery
The worst ever. We only have internet during off peak hours. We have the full package not the off peak package. Every time you log a ticket you het the same reply, move the router make sure you are logged onto the right tower. The router is set up at the optimal place for the closest router. I'm of the opinion they lie and are throttling us.
