Bad service and I want to cancel rain internet

I have called and sent rain an email 3months back requesting to cancel their internet service since I'm paying but no internet and I was advised it will be canceled and one of their courier employee will collect the modem and nobody came please assist I need to cancel their service I am not happy I'm paying for internet that don't work assist me urgently
