Bad / non existent customer service

If you do have a better alternative, please use it. Rain's customer service is non existent. There's no contact numbers on website, I had to call several numbers suggested by Google to get to the right one. They don't attend to any requests you make on their online support platform. They've sent me a router with no SIM card. I don't know what to do with it and everytime I call them they tell me that my ticket has been escalated.
