Bad Customer Service

Good day

It mis now over a week since I purchased a Rain SIM card and paid for the Month of May to be able to connect and use the data.

I have a Challanges with rica the sim card. My proof of residency and ID have been accepted. I get stuck on the face recognition. The web browser is not picking my camera on my handset. I then tried to use other 5 different handset devices from my family members. I also tried to use the laptop but the Rica system does not come through on the laptop.

This is the 3rd support request I am submitting and I just receiving an email with out any helpful solutions form Rosina.

This is really an awful 1st time experience with Rain. I am not sure of what to think of your service and support going forward.

I am really not getting satisfaction and client care.

Kindly please advise what needs to be a way forward to get this SIM card ricad
