Activate sim card

I have received my sim card on the 06 December 2019 same day I received a text message telling me that sim card is active was super excited and also have some dead lines little did I know that when I get home this dam sim card is not active .... I inserted it on my phone it says no service inserted it on my router still shows that it's not active contacted one of the rain consultant gave me some tips obviously didn't work ... Online it shows that the SIM card is active but this dam thing is not active and now had to make alternative has I have deadlines !!!! I tried my friends rain sim card and it worked perfectly it's been 8 days no internet !!!!! And these *******s didn't even bother to respond on my email
