SHOCKING SERVICE

I've been trying for a week now, to find out if I can pay the deposit for my skylight by credit card. I've been promised that they would check and return my call me back, as they have to ask the owner. For 1 week, not a single person has returned my call. Like children, Martin Lubbe blames Mandy, then she blames him. Eventually, I sent an email, and Mandy responds rudely, as if I'm mentally retarded explaining that they've ALL explained to me that I cannot use a Credit Card. When I call her to clarify how I would know this when no one has told me, she becomes border-line hysterical blaming me, then blaiming Martin and saying she cannot do all their jobs for them. Never ONCE did she complain. I'm shocked at the service. All I needed was a yes or no. and these kids were so busy in their playpen, then couldn't be bothered about me, the customer.
